Stickers - Car stickers
The appearance of a car is equivalent to human clothing, and car stickers are the most intuitive, eye-catching, and simple form of body fashion. People choose clothing according to different occasions, needs, and tastes, and there are also many types of car stickers.
First, distinguish from the pasting positions: usually including both sides of the car body, front and rear gears, engine hood, light eyebrows, skirts, wheels, and some even have a full body surround. It can be said that from the position of the car body, the car stickers are everywhere, as long as reasonable creation is carried out within the scope allowed by current regulations, the owner's personality and hobbies can be fully interpreted.
In terms of production technology, the types of car stickers are mainly divided into three categories:
1. For carving, use a carving machine to cut various shapes of adhesive stickers of different colors, and then overlay the stickers of different colors to create beautiful car stickers.
2. For printing, die-cutting is performed after printing, which is a relatively simple process but requires a large quantity, otherwise the cost will be too high.
3. Spray painting or spray engraving integrated type, after the spray painting photo is taken, it can be die-cut; If it is a spray engraving process, the finished product can be directly produced; But this type of car sticker has a weakness, as it cannot be surface coated, resulting in colors that are easily faded compared to those carved and printed.
Stickers - Label stickers
When we talk about label paper, we usually refer to copperplate paper, thermosensitive paper, and so on, which refers to surface paper. Facial paper is the carrier of label printing content, which is divided into several categories according to its material: copperplate paper, thermosensitive paper, PET, PVC, etc. The back of the face paper is coated with adhesive, which ensures moderate adhesion between the base paper and the face paper, and also ensures strong adhesion with the adhesive material after the face paper is peeled off.
